Aura Medina de Wit Ha sido, desde muy joven, una buscadora ávida en el camino espiritual y el autoconocimiento. Es psicoterapeuta transpersonal con diferentes certificaciones internacionales, entre ellas del Learning Love Institute, especializada en codependencia y heridas de la infancia. Ha trabajado durante años con diversos maestros de escuelas de psicoterapia, sanación, manejo de energía y meditación. Es creadora de un entrenamiento de lectura de tarot terapéutico y autora de los libros Amor... ¿o codependencia? y Crea el espacio para el amor. Actualmente imparte conferencias sobre desarrollo humano, dirige grupos de sanación para mujeres y talleres mixtos, es instructora de meditaciones activas y otras técnicas y ofrece sesiones terapéuticas a distancia en Estados Unidos, Canadá y Europa. Es parte del equipo de especialistas del programa de radio conducido por Martha Debayle, tiene presencia en diversos programas de televisión y radio, y colabora con artículos en las revistas Moi, BB Mundo, The Beauty Effect, Air Femme, entre otras.
