Philippe Cullet is Professor of International and Environmental Law at SOAS, University of London, a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi, and the Convenor of the International Environmental Law Research Centre. Lovleen Bhullar is an Independent Researcher associated with the Environmental Law Research Society (ELRS), a non-governmental organization working on environmental law and policy issues in New Delhi, India.
