Jilly Sansone, OTR/L, RYT 500, is a registered yoga teacher, certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and licensed and registered occupational therapist. She has been teaching mindfulness and yoga to children in pre-K through 12th grade for over 10 years. She was born in Ireland and moved to the United States in 2007. She uses humor and a playful mindset to help children learn about body awareness, coordination, balance, and concentration. As an occupational therapist, Jilly has worked in both Ireland and the United States in the areas of mental health, community care, and pediatrics. She lives with her husband and two sons in Saratoga Springs, New York. ¿¿Her extensive training includes Radiant Child Yoga, Kripalu Yoga in the Schools, Inner Sanctum Yoga, and a two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certification Program (MMTCP) with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
