Julie Chapman is a two-time Emmy Award-winning broadcast journalist with more than 30 years of professional news experience. She is also an Edward R. Murrow Journalism Award-winner. Chapman's poetry books celebrate the magical moments of the holiday seasons. Santa, Elves, and Magical Bells was awarded numerous national book awards. It was named Best Holiday Book of 2024 by the Book Excellence, National Indie, Book Fest, and Outstanding Creator Awards. Critics wrote, "This book is a holiday home-run! Delightful stories packed with festive cheer and valuable life lessons. Santa, Elves, and Magical Bells is a must-read for both children and adults alike." Chapman's first book, Witches, Bats, and Mystical Cats, won a national Moonbeam Award, and was named the Outstanding Creator Awards' 2022 Children's Book of the Year.
