William (Bill) Harriot is a retired engineer and one time teacher, stock broker registered representative, salesman, seaman and general jack of all professions. Writing and publishing are his latest endeavor although Santa's Slowpoke was actually written almost fifty years ago.. Bill is now in his second marriage..for over thirty years, with his patient wife, Carmen. They have two great sons in addition to Bill's two earlier great sons with his first wife.
