Finally, Sarah is changed, and it is for God's glory that makes all the difference. Melanie Thwaites was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She attended Ithaca College in upstate New York before going to Georgetown Dental School in Washington, DC. After her postgraduate training at the University of Maryland School of Dental Medicine, Melanie combined family life, teaching and for a short time private practice. She is a pediatric dentist and teaches at Howard University College of Dentistry. She loves children and creative writing. This is her first novel for children. Melanie has a love for poetry as well and tries to combine teaching and learning basic principles of Christian living in everyday life experiences.
