In order to attain educational goals and to enhance the educational outcome, the dire need is to analyze the overall job satisfaction of teachers, keeping socio-economic, psychological, and administrative aspects of the problem in view. This book is an attempt to make a comparative study of job satisfaction of government schools' teachers with that of private schools' teachers to ascertain their level of job satisfaction. The central focus of this article is to analyze the job satisfaction of teachers with special reference to the norms of RTE.
