Patient satisfaction with nursing care is an important outcome indicator of QOC, therefore should be included in evaluating and improving the overall healthcare. This study aimed to assess satisfaction of injured individuals with nursing care provided by PMRS nurses. The study found that the majority of participants were male adult and not married, more than forty six percent of them primary education and less, forty two are without work, thirty percent live in Gaza area, around forty percent were visited less than 10 times and seventy five percent injured one time. Two dimensions of patients' satisfaction were considered in this study; provided information, and provided care. The results indicated that the overall satisfaction was high. In addition, the perception about quality of care was high also.The results also revealed that some sociodemographic factors had statistically significant effect on overall satisfaction such as place of residency, marital status, level of education, and number of home visits, while other factors such as gender, age, work and number of injuries had insignificant effect on PS.
