Janice Wills Kingsbury spends much of her time in Duck, NC. She grew up in Southern New Jersey but has spent her summers in Duck for the past 12 years. It is here at the beach surrounded by the beauty of the Outer Banks and friendly folks that she combined her love of OBX and animals to create children's books and greeting cards. Janice has 7 rescue dogs of her own and has been fostering and rescuing dogs for 20 years.
