Leon McWhorter, President of McWho Media, llc, (www.mcwhomedia.com) is a published author, playwright, screenwriter and filmmaker with over 30 years experience in marketing/advertising, media/talent training, public and corporate relations. His diverse background with all major networks (NBC, CBS, and ABC), including 16 years with The Walt Disney Company, provided collaboration opportunities with some top creative minds in the industry, allowing him to address varied groups from Los Angeles to Orlando and Chicago to New York. He has served as marketing lead, managing editor, writer, producer, director and cast on stage, screen and on air with seven original stage plays, four original screenplays and literally thousands of radio projects to his credit. Leon has led workshops on the art of communication, storytelling, marketing, target awareness, writing, directing, acting, public speaking, talent development and improvisation to a wide range of audiences including the National Religious Broadcasters, Texas Association of Broadcasters, Temerlin Advertising Institute SMU, Harvard Business School Club, McCann-New York, and varied local, regional and national corporations as well as varied media outlets.
