This study is basically the comparison of two learning systems i.e. Scaffolding based self-regulated learning system and Formal learning system. Multiple method research design has been used. First, the merits and demerits of both learning systems were determined through MSLQ. Scaffolding based self-regulated learning system showed better results i.e. showed improvement than Formal system of learning.

I have been working as Lecturer in Institute of Education and Research, University of Science and Technology, Bannu, KPK, Pakistan since 17th October, 2006. I have organized more than five workshops and supervised eight students of M.Ed. on different topics. Three papers have been published from this work and fourth one is under process.
