This is a descriptive research which utilized sets of questionnaires to gather the data. Respondents were the 103 secondary teachers, 561 high school students and 20 school heads. Findings revealed that as to perceptions on school climate, each of the domains was strongly agreed by the students. On the other hand, classroom discipline strategies of secondary school teachers varied in level of application but notable is the Never Demonstrated for punishment with WM of 1.63. Also, the student respondents have an average level of Emotional Intelligence.
