The objective is to address aggression as a difficulty that affects coexistence, in the Antonio Nariño Educational Institution in La Tebaida, Quindío. After an exercise of non-participatory observation, consultation of previous research and personal dialogue, the concern arises: How do strategies for self-care, construction of socio-emotional skills and awareness of the educational community, provide important elements for reducing school bullying that affects coexistence in students of grade 7 - 2018 - 8 ° 2019 in the I.E. Antonio Nariño of La Tebaida, Quindio? And secondly, it addresses the issue of physical violence against women. The objective of this article is to explore the etiology of physical violence against women in Latin America, recognizing the alarming figures provided by the WHO.
