Dr. Bernard Moswela obtained his Doctor of Education degree ineducational management from the University of South Africa. He iscurrently a senior lecturer teaching educational management atthe University of Botswana. Prior to joining the University, hehad spent 20 years as a senior secondary school Head at threedifferent schools in Botswana.
