There are many underlying factors which in one way or another are responsible to pull the children from the formal school system. Present work is an effort to examine the responsible push and pull factors and explores the dynamics of silent exclusion of the children from school system.

Dr Satvinderpal Kaur is M.Sc.in Chemistry M.Ed. Ph.D in Education and is associated with teaching and research from the last 13 years. She has written more than 30 research papers and articles which are published in the national and international research journals.She has specialization in sociology of education and educational psychology.
