Inclusive and intercultural competence is a relatively new topic in the Colombian educational environment, so there is still a lack of tools to identify and / or know the level of knowledge, attitudes and skills of this competence in students of different grades; Therefore, the main objective of this TFM was to carry out a research to characterize and analyze theoretical references related to inclusion and interculturality, as well as the Colombian educational model and the existing evaluation models or methods on educational competencies applied to inclusive and intercultural education, all with the purpose of designing an evaluation instrument of this competence in primary and secondary school environments for educational institutions in Colombia.
