Many researchers indicated that school principal's leadership role is critical to the effectiveness of schools in their effort towards including all children in mainstream education (Marzano, Walters, McNulty, 2005; Lambert, 2002; Wagner, Kegan, Lahey, Lemons, Garnier, Helsing, Howell, and Rasmussen, 2006,). Indeed, catering for diversity demands a strong leadership that can build a positive school culture that welcomes every child. School principals can play an important role in promoting and sustaining change in schools by shaping school culture. Without their efforts schools can't improve to become better places where all students are welcome, and where all students learn essential academic and non- academic school experience in preparation for life in the community (Salisbury and McGregore, 2005; Anderson, 1999).
