This paper aims to recover the experience of the Luis Donaldo Colosio School in the implementation of the "Full-Time Schools Program" and its relationship with school management autonomy. The teachers carried out collaborative projects in which all the educational actors were involved: parents, teachers, directors, supervisors and of course, especially the students. School management led the collegiate to make decisions and articulate the efforts of the actors in unforeseeable or emergent situations regarding student learning. The research objectives, the humanistic approach of the research, the methodology based on the case study and the data collection instruments, make up the research work. In addition to the justification of the research and the description of the population under study. The framework of the research is based on the daily work of the school and the implementation of programs with a humanistic and constructivist approach, with the understanding that we are allpart of a learning community.
