Every year the educational institutions work hard to build loyalty and attract new students to join their classes, so an efficient marketing system is necessary. Aiming to study the marketing system of a private school in order to identify why elementary school students do not have a high level of loyalty when entering high school, this author elaborated a research in order to elaborate a DAFO matrix listing the strengths and weaknesses of this activity.
