The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between school physical environment and teachers' attitude to work in Calabar south Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. To achieve this purpose, Four (4) null hypotheses were formulated to the study. Literatures were reviewed according to the hypotheses directing the study. Survey research design was adopted for the study. A total of one hundred and eight (108) respondents were randomly selected for the study. The selection was done through the simple random stratified sampling technique. The questionnaire was the main instrument- School physical Environment and Teachers Attitude to work Questionnaire (SPETAWQ) was designed and validated by my project supervisor. Same was administered to one hundred and eight (108) teachers who formed the sample size for the study. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using Pearson's product moment correlation analysis. The 0.05 level of significance was used for the statistical testing of each of the hypotheses with critical values and degrees of freedom.
