The school quality was assessed using ipsative method of research, where the users and beneficiaries of the school responded to the research tools prepared to assess the school quality. In each school, minimum of five teacher and minimum of ten students were randomly chosen as the respondents. Thus, totally 564 higher secondary teachers and, 1189 higher secondary students served as the respondents to assess the quality of 67 schools. I strongly believe that this research sets a milestone whereby it covers Neural Network applications in the field of education. The credit goes to my research supervisor Dr. D.
