Thus in this book we implement a model that allows us to regularly update the Competence Reference System of the Centre de Formation Professionnelle et Technique (CFPT). This model capitalizes on knowledge in an industrial company and focuses on a student/trainee (ES) in an apprenticeship situation in an industrial maintenance pool. During his stay in the company, each maintenance activity carried out by the trainee is exploited by a group of experts and transferred to a database.
