Steven Gil received his PhD. in Film and Television/Historical Studies at the University of Queensland. He has contributed articles to the New Review of Film and Television Studies, Australasian Journal of Popular Culture, and Networking Knowledge, as well as a chapter to Remake Television: Reboot, Re-use, Recycle (Lexington Books, 2014).
