Human Rights Education curriculum should be considered as a remedy for violence and gender inequality. Scotland and Australia have been exemplary in integrating Human Rights Education (HRE) into many school Subjects. Learning for cosmopolitan citizenship helps young citizens to recognize their common humanity, make connections between their own lives and those of others and operate effectively in contexts of cultural diversity and change. The ICT tools can promote awareness of HRE awareness. The integration of technology into teaching and learning is an indispensable competence in the 21st century to ensure student learning and engagement. Glogster, an online poster, promotes the transfer of the social information in diverse fields including arts, music, photography and facilitates project creation and the incorporation of technology into the classroom enriches learners' experiences. There is a need to provide teachers with strategies to address controversial human rights issues.The Glogster model could provide constructivist approach-based activities required to fulfill a primary objective of the latest 1997 curriculum adopted in the aftermath of the Lebanese civil war.
