Ed Gorman, described by Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine as "one of our finest short story writers regardless of genre," lives and writes in the American heartland. His literary reach includes dark suspense, horror, westerns and mysteries. He is the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Private Eye Writers of America. Gorman has been a full-time writer since 1984.
