Urine analysis and measuring blood pressure are part of clinical examination of children fitness and are useful in detection of renal diseases. Through a systematic randomised procedure I studied 213 children, aged 2 to 18 years old. Proteinuria was in 11.7% among them 72% were 10 years old or more (p.value=0.001). This study was done to help pediatricians and nephrologists to look behind the aetiology of end stage renal diseases.
