Jay R. Swanson is a writer and nurse practitioner working in New York City. His published work includes a narrative non-fiction short story, a book chapter in an instructional handbook and several white papers and published research articles for which he was the lead investigator. With two decades of nursing experience Jay has witnessed the triumphs and tragedies of what it means to be a human.
