Autorenporträt
Dr. Jeyakar has researched the subject of innovativeness and has passionately conducted hundreds of workshops to promote creativity and innovation in organisations for scientists, engineers, college professors, school teachers and other professionals. Further, he conducts parenting workshops to nurture creativity in children. As a practitioner, he has held several key responsibilities in industry to nurture innovativeness - as General Manager leading the space business of a large high-technology aeronautical company, as CEO of a small Indo-Russian aviation company and as the Director of a leading business school. He now brings a message to parents about their role in the fostering of creativity in children.
