Umesh Chandra Pandey is Regional Director at Indira Gandhi National Open University Regional Centre, Bhopal, India. Chhabi Kumar works with the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Rani Durgavati University, India. She is also an Academic Counsellor at Indira Gandhi National Open University. Hany R. Shalaby is an Environmentalist and Climate Change expert and has worked for the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and currently as a Consultant for IFAD and UNEP in a career spanning twenty years.
