Dr. Ryusaku MATSUO is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Toyo University Institute of Social Sciences and will work as a Specially Appointed Associate Professor at the Meiji University School of Commerce from April 2023. He received his Doctor of Economics degree from Kobe University.
