Usually, in countries that put a lot of money into the unemployed, programs exist in order to guide those that have been unemployed for longer periods of time back into a suitable job. This research focuses on one of such programs in order to really understand what it does for people, which people are likely to find a job more easily, how the program helps them, and how we can try to predict the behavior of people in order to provide proper guidance.
