Nicholas Varner is a former teacher and track coach turned writer of young and new adult fantasy fiction. Known for his lyrical writing style, his book Seasons of the Blue Pearl won a Nautilus Book Award, Literary Titan Book Award, Global Book Award, and a Firebird Book Award.
