Autorenporträt
Agnes Dodds Kinard, a native of Pittsburgh, is a member of the Bar of Pennsylvania, author of 'Fan Fare for Fifty Years', 'History of the Pittsburgh Symphony Association', and 'Celebration of Carnegie in Pittsburgh', as well as a number of other historical publications. Co-founder of the Rachel Carson Homestead in Springdale, PA., in 1972 she founded the Pioneer Crafts Council which owns and operates the only resident crafts center in Pennsylvania. Mrs. James P. Kinard is a member of the National Society of Arts and Letters and is the mother of two sons and a daughter.
