Dr. Ashish Kr Luhach received a Ph.D degree in the department of computer science from Banasthali University, India. Dr. Luhach is working as Senior lecturer at The Papua New Guinea University of Technology, Papua New Guinea. He has more than a decade of teaching and research experience. Dr. Luhach also worked with various reputed universities and also holds administrative experience as well. Dr. Luhach has published more than 80 research papers in reputed journals and conferences, which are indexed in various international databases. He has also edited various special issues in reputed journals and he is Editor/Conference Co-chair for various conferences. Dr. Luhach is also editorial board member of various reputed journals. He is a member of IEEE, CSI, ACM and IACSIT. Prof. Dharm Singh Jat is Professor of Computer Science at Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). He has guided about 8 Ph.D. and 24 master research scholars. He is the author of more than 146 peer-reviewed articles and the author or editor of more than 16 books. His interests span the areas of multimedia communications, wireless technologies, mobile communication systems, edge, roof computing, software-defined networks, network security, and the Internet of Things. He has given several guest lecturer/invited talks at various prestigious conferences. He has been the recipient of more than 19 prestigious awards. He is Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (I), Computer Society of India and Chartered Engineer (I), Senior Member IEEE, Distinguished ACM Speaker, and IEEE CS DVP Speaker. Dr. Ramesh Chandra Poonia is working Associate Professor at Amity Institute of Information Technology, Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur, India; he is Postdoctoral Fellow at Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory (CPS Lab), Department of ICT and Natural Sciences, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Alesund, Norway. He is havinga rich experience of research and has conducted a lot of special issues in various reputed journals having international repute. He conducted various conferences in India as conference chair. He has published more than 100 research paper in various journals and conferences. He is Active Member of IEEE, CSI, and ACM. Prof. Xiao-Zhi Gao is working at the University of Eastern Finland, Finland. He has published than 350 publications in reputed journals and conferences. He also serves in the editorial boards of many journals published by Springer and Elsevier.
