Dhekra Trabelsi es doctora en Industria Alimentaria por la Escuela Superior de Industrias Alimentarias en 2017 y tiene un Diploma de Especialización en Investigación Científica por la Universidad de Zaragoza en 2016, además de ser ingeniera por el Instituto Nacional Agronómico de Túnez en 2008.
