David Ott is a Research Director at the Intel Corporation. His role involves identifying research challenges and developing programs that explore future technologies in the area of computer security and network communications. Research explorations are pursued collaboratively with university professors who are recognized as top experts in their field. Intel looks to university research to identify innovative technologies that will disrupt status quo within its future roadmap and ecosystem. David holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
