There have been many proposals in order to reform the Security Council's permanent membership, but they all take the same approach and have yet to be generally accepted. This book will address the League of Nation's inability to prevent World War II, which at its end would bring the creation of the United Nations and the Security Council. After reviewing several Security Council membership reforms, the author will expose his own view on the topic and a brand new proposal to this issue.
