Mr. Robert Maina has an experience of more than 10 years as a police officer with the directorate of criminal investigations in Kenya. Has handled high profile criminal cases such as the Kenya 2007/2008 post election violence. He is an alumni of the University of Birmingham UK and a commonwealth scholar. He is an expert in security sector reform.
