Will Lukang is a change agent, diversity champion, seasoned C-suite executive, and agile coach who focuses on leadership development executive coaching. His colleagues and clients know him as an intuitive professional, skilled presenter, and mental health advocate who can effectively build high-performing teams and consistently deliver innovative solutions and cost-effective results.Nurturing talent in other people is Will's number one priority because he believes the true measure of a leader is how well they serve others. The cornerstone of his servant leadership practice is the concept of leading by example, a value instilled in him by his father. He believes we can make a greater impact by acting with others rather than alone because, with the right support, motivation and mission, we can achieve incredible things. Regardless of the position, title or degree we hold, seeking to find and bring out the best in others helps to bring out the best in ourselves.Will coauthored the book "The Character-Based Leader" in 2012, where he leveraged his leadership experience and advanced education in leadership coaching. He frequently designs and delivers effective training and powerful presentations for corporations and teams of all sizes focused on organizational development and talent management.In addition to his hands-on work, he earned an MBA from Iona College, a master's degree from Seton Hall University, a master's certificate from George Washington University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Santo Tomas.In his spare time, Will hosts a podcast called "IWillAim" and is an avid reader and a lifelong learner. Will lives in New Jersey with his wife of nearly thirty years, Jane, and is a father to two young adult daughters.
