Patrick Paul Garlinger experienced a dramatic spiritual awakening when, years ago, he began to meet numerous spiritual figures and experience higher states of consciousness. While completing his training under the renowned spiritual teacher, Mirabai Devi, Patrick underwent an awakening of his kundalini and began to channel works of spiritual wisdom. Seeds of Light is the first of three volumes of writing transmitted to him between March and September 2016. He has also published When Thought Turns to Light: A Practical Guide to Spiritual Transformation, a highly accessible introduction to spiritual techniques for readers seeking to incorporate more peace, joy, and wonder into their everyday lives. Patrick lives with his husband and two cats in New York City, where he provides intuitive insights and spiritual guidance to individual clients and works part-time as an attorney.
