Jim Hanley was born in Brooklyn, New York, moved to Long Island, NY after a stint in the military, and recently relocated to Maryland. Jim Hanley's background includes careers in the military, human resources, and as an adjunct professor. He has had over ninety short stories published in print and online magazines.Jim started writing short stories in various genres and later transitioned to novels in the Western and mystery styles. Seeking the Future in the Past is his first romance work, and he is currently drafting another.
