Dr. Mary Key is a master executive coach and facilitator, trusted advisor, author and speaker. She heads Key Associates, an organizational transformation consulting firm, and has an outstanding track record of helping leaders and organizations grow and thrive. She and her team have worked with Fortune 500 companies, Inc. 500 winners, and various entrepreneurial enterprises, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations. She has also consulted in Europe, Asia and Latin America.Key has taken her over 25 years of experience coaching leaders and facilitating CEO and key leader peer groups and designed a unique peer forum experience for executive women. The purpose of the Key Women's Leadership Forum is to bring together women in leadership roles and focus on the whole self - mind, body, spirit and career. Founded in 2014, the women's forums address pressing issues, leveraging leadership influence and aligning your career with what is purposeful personally and professionally. Key delivers keynotes and workshops for various clients and universities including Stanford University's Healthcare Leadership Development program. She addresses organizations that have developed programs for women in leadership such as Raymond James, Women in Baseball, Gerdau and others.Before starting her own firm, Key worked in leadership roles at DDI (Development Dimensions International) and also served as Vice President in a training and development company that was acquired by Learning International. After starting Key Associates, she was selected to be part of a national team that built Inc. Magazine's Eagles CEO program, in which CEOs of fast-growing companies came together to focus on each other's strategic business issues, achieving remarkable results. Key is the author of several books including CEO Road Rules: Right Focus, Right People, Right Execution and The Entrepreneurial Cat: 13 Ways to Transform Your Work Life. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia and her BS from the University of Massachusetts. She was selected to be part of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), Leadership Florida, Athena Society, Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) and the CEO Council.Key lives in Tampa Bay with her husband Lewis and their three cats, Santini, Sophia and Princess.
