David Lewis has had over fifty years of pastoral ministry, pastoring in Missouri and Kentucky. He received his education through Central Bible College and International Seminary. He also served as the President of Teen Challenge of Kentucky for several years, and as an instructor at the Kentucky School of Ministry.
