Isa Nanbo Baba was born in Paida, Minna in 1958, Niger State of Nigeria.He holds the titles of Walin Gawu and the Sarduana of Kungo in Gurara Local Government Area, Niger State.He has a Ph.D in History, University of Abuja.He lectured at the College of Advanced Studies Zungeru, Niger State before joining the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria in 1991
