This work seeks to explore the changes regarding fish species, composition by number and weight, and gillnet selection parameters. It also explores an approach to addressing immediate and future problems of the fishery.

Mr.Akongyuure Daniel Nsoh currently holds an M.Phil degree in Fisheries Science from the University of Ghana, Legon.He worked as a Physics Teacher in Atebubu Senior High School for six years and now with CSIR - Water Research Institute as a Research Scientist in Tamale,Ghana.He is a member of Ghana Association of Science Teachers.
