Dr.Maria Mutafova was born in 1962 in Haskovo,Bulgaria. She is Assoc.Prof.PhD at the University "Neofit Rilski"Blagoevgrad in Bulgaria, where she serves as lecturer sense 1985 in Educational Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Psychology of teacher and Psychology of gifted children and adolescence. She has more than 40 Publications in Psychology.
