Dr. Ogene A. Oyibe, Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki Nigeria where he obtained Bachelors' degree, Masters' degree and PhD, all in Social Studies. He has been involved in researches in education and social studies. He has written several articles published in local and overseas journals.
