ASHLEY REYNOLDS, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with more than a decade of clinical experience. She runs a private practice and has been trained in areas like motivational interviewing, harm reduction, dialectical behavior therapy, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and seeking safety. Ashley earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Diego State and a master’s degree in clinical social work from NYU. She’s the author of the children’s book Little Girl Blue and Her Not So Ordinary Boots.
