The initial support would kindle their spirit to engross them into entrepreneurial activity at the micro level derived from the basic potential skills. The study emphasizes the need for withdrawing the support after a certain time frame to make them independent and self reliant for marching towards sustained growth. These women should take up income generating activities for the sustained flow of earnings through a successful business venture.

Dr. Vishnu Vadde acquired his PhD at the Acharya Nagarjuna University and is now working as Post Doctoral Fellow at Dept of Commerce & Business Administration, Acharya Nagarjuna University. His research interests span across self help groups, entrepreneurship development.
