"Embrace rest and self-care. Empower yourself but stay vulnerable. Find who you really are and love what you find. Sure, but let's be honest: None of it is easy. Hyesu Lee captures with candor and plenty of humor her own path toward self-love and invites you in these pages to join her. Like a shared sigh of commiseration, a gentle hug, and a few laughs along the way, this book is full of reminders that you are just exactly where you need to be-and you're in excellent company. So welcome to the club!"--
